This ground-zero startup includes the 10 sectors shown below, and is unlike any enterprise that currently exists. This can be described as a multi-modal, multinational entertainment enterprise. But the elevator pitch is:

Impulses is a combination of Fantasy Island and Jurassic Park. Only substitute beautiful women for dinosaurs. It's more than a reality show and more than even a reality network. It is, in fact, the first real Content Factory. So forget dinosaurs and beautiful women; the strategic reality is that this is a truly disruptive, revolutionary and patentable entertainment system.

Even though Impulses involves the following sectors, those are only significant to JV partners and investors. Traditional marketing is unlikely to be necessary, initially, as this will likely be one of the highest profile businesses in existence. A 15-second video will probably generate more-than sufficient consumer demand, and then only if needed.  Potential market cap is in the billions.

Impulses is seeking the following individuals or organizations:

• Supermajority strategic JV partners in any of the above industries. JV partner or partners will obtain the majority, and potentially the entirety, of the equity.

• Cofounder/networker, whose role will be very P/T and temporary, to assist in recruiting strategic JV partners. Expected compensation $75M+

• Cofounder/networker role could transition to CEO, at far greater compensation. CEO preferably has the personal characteristics to be effective as the media face of the company, capable of becoming a major celebrity in their own right.
